  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days.
  • Shipping Times:
    • Australia: 3–7 business days
    • New Zealand, USA, UK: 7 – 14 business days (may vary based on location)

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Return Window: You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return Conditions:
    • Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
    • Opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request an exchange.
